This antebellum mansion is like stepping into the movie Gone With the Wind--southern hospitality, decadence, and of course a few ghosts. Right on the banks of the mighty Mississippi River northwest of New Orleans and in the vast expanse of sugarcane fields that still exist today, Nottoway Plantation's rich history has carried through this nations most trying times including slavery and the Civil War. One of Everyday Paranormal's highest rated episodes of Ghost Lab was filmed here (Season 1 "Murky Waters) where they experimented with the idea that the river has a lot to do with the haunting of the home. Join the Klinge Borthers and EP once again as they visit Nottoway. They will be joined by paranormal author and investigator David Weatherly (famous for Black Eye Kids and other paranormal research books), the infamous Lord Chaz--New Orleans own resident Vampire tour

That’s right, eleven ghosts – not one, not two, but eleven. Up your odds for a ghostly encounter, and get some variety into your hunt for the supernatural. Perhaps you’ll see Henry, a slave, looking for some vengeance; or hear the cries of Sally Rebecca Walke, grieving over the death of her lover; or get a replay of the Lady in White tumbling down the stairs, breaking her neck; or come across one of the victims of an 1810 shipwreck. But it’s a run in with The Witch of Pungo, of course, that’s most coveted. You see, one of Ferry Plantation's most unusual claims to fame is that it is the sight of Virginia's only witch conviction in the early 1700s. The American Revolution and the Civil War saw action on these grounds as well.

The Old South Pittsburg Hospital is considered by many to be one of the most haunted locations in Tennessee. If you are interested in experiencing a haunted hospital firsthand or would like to indulge in overnight ghost hunting, this is the place to be. This particular structure is located at what many refer to as the foothills of the South Pittsburg Mountain in the State of Tennessee. In the year of 1959, four medical professionals founded the facility and named it the “South Pittsburg Municipal Hospital”or “SPMH” for short. It consisted of a total of 68,000 sq ft and was designed to meet the medical care needs of the growing community. Many physical additions were constructed throughout the next several decades to the haunted hospital. Many lawsuits, wrongful deaths, child abuse deaths, and many tragic deaths due to fatal illnesses occurred. Unfortunately, due to a new hospital being built the long serving nonprofit hospital quietly closed its doors. Old South Pittsburg Hospital was closed in the year of 1998. Since then, it has been dubbed as one of the most haunted places in Tennessee. Season 2 Episode 8 of Ghost Lab entitled "No Escape" features their invetigation of OSPH in 2010. The show can be seen in entirety below.
